There is no initial sales charge on purchases of $1,000,000 or more of Class A shares. If shares are redeemed within the time periods listed below, a contingent deferred sales charge (“CDSC”) will be imposed as follows:

  • [6] The ING Senior Income Fund has a Early Withdrawal Charge (“EWC”) of 3%, 2.5%, 2%, 1.5%, 1.0%, for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th year, respectively. After the 5th year there is no EWC. After the 8th year Class B shares convert to Class A shares. Class B shares are closed to new investments. Please refer to the prospectus for details. The ING Senior Income Fund has a 0.25% trail starting in the 1st month. The ING Senior Income Fund has a 0.75% 12b-1 fee.
    Class B shares that were purchased through funds that were part of the Nicholas-Applegate Mutual family of funds at the time of purchase are subject to a different contingent deferred sales charge. Class B shares convert to Class A shares at the end of eight years and trail payments convert to Class A amounts.
